Camden is at the heart of North London. On the weekend, there's always something happening. Saying that, I do like Camden. You'll find yourself stumbling past graffiti art, brightly painted walls, typography signage and quirky bits from the market like 'cool' t-shirts and little trinkets. It's a great place to photograph because of it's attitude, vibrancy and colour. I found an 'I heart moustache' jumper, and it's just, so Camden. The monochrome chiffon blouse is a great piece because you can wear it to work and also at the weekend, I'm getting ready for Christmas, so I went for the glitzy gold print shorts. Are you ready for the festive season?

I know, I look naked. If you've (for some bizarre reason) Googled for uncensored pics and landed here, I'm afraid you've fallen on the W̶o̶n̶g̶ wrong blog. If you're a newbie here, welcome to my beauty post. Let's delve deep into the layers of my nakedness and talk about the title of this post, skin. I've recently become more inspired by skincare. I'm going to pass on which products I use for my 'cleanse, tone & moisturise' routine. I use St Ives facial scrub, a creamy scrub that clears out your blackheads, pores and removes dirt & oil, it has natural ingredients and smells delicious. Next up is toner. I know it's weird, but I love wiping off the dirt oil from my face and seeing it's grossness in a cotton pad, don't you agree? I use Nivea Visage which leaves my skin clean & refreshed. And lastly, what's the creme de la creme of skincare? Moisturiser, of course! I recommend slapping on Estee Lauder Daywear occasionally and Olay Essentials Day Cream for everyday use. Have you got any beauty buys for me to try?

Memoirs Of A Western Geisha
Location
Location: Sale, Manchester
As a follow up from my previous post: 'The Making Of A Geisha', these are the final edits. Layers of silky reds and pinks, printed orchids, strong red lips and to prevent any naughty tanning, my new best friend, the purple parasol. I've listed the make-up products used above so you can get the L̶o̶n̶d̶o̶n̶ Geisha look. Apologies in advance if you can see my real skin colour appear around my hairline. Ha, I wonder if they cut out the Geisha's forehead from the front book cover of Memoirs Of A Geisha for the same reason?!

The Making Of A Geisha
Want to know how to wear a Kimono? Here's a tutorial. Step 1: wrap Kimono bow around waist
Step 2: do some swirly swigglerly wrap around thingy...
Step 3: no idea
Step 4: Taa-Daa (sorry my tutorial was so lame, she lost me at step 2).

Geisha's are known for their red lips and white skin...quiet, passive and demure, yet sensual and seductive, I didn't have to go to Kaburenjo school to train but in it's place, I was painted for four hours and consumed a lot of caffeine to prepare for Geisha glory.

Boux Avenue / Aerie / Triumph
Boux Avenue / Aerie / Triumph
I'm in my knickers. Hello, lingerie blog post. In my portfolio, I don't do a lot of lingerie shoots. This one, though, I feel, is very tasteful and natural, and the sort that I like. It doesn't give much away. I've noticed, that every girl has their preferred lingerie brand. My favourite is Boux Avenue I have so many of their bras in every colour; it's the destination for everyday lingerie. Go and visit their fab concierge service in the changing room which has three different light settings: dim, dusk and dawn (I'm easily pleased, I press every button like a child). I'm also a massive fan of the American brand, Aerie, owned by American Eagle. I didn't think I would like the stuff because AE is very preppy, but I loved their lingerie selection. I'd recommend giving Aerie a browse online. For sexier underwear, Triumph is the best for high quality and seductive wear. My boobies (pardon me) aren't big, but they're perfect for all sizes, and I love their laced luxury range, ideal for, erm, playing Twister with your friend (*wink*). Happy lounging!

Exposed
For those of you who are based on the Northern side of the UK pond, you may have seen some of the Each To Their Own stores dotted around Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester. The boutiques feature designs by Alex Christopher, who is the face of the unique designer clothing and club couture for men and women. If I was to describe his style, it's All Saints meets Vivienne Westwood Edgy, quirky and unconformity with a sense of tradition. Establishment styles, tweed and tartan. As mentioned in this Look Magazine 2014 editorial it's an 'attitude packed' label. If you live outside of my hometown, don't fear, the pieces are also sold online, so and give them a visit (I always feel better shopping at independently owned businesses). The images were shot in the picturesque Northern English countryside. What do you think of the collection?
